Post diet success stories!
Let's hear some diet success stories for a little motivation please!
I thought I shrank my jeans, and then I figured out I gained 5 pounds...thanksgiving, DOH! The house has been de-carbed, but I can't resist the cafe con leches at school, w/splenda of course. Mmmm, cafe con leche.

I used to be 215 pounds. You know what the weight limit is for folding chairs? When I got to the point where I had to check, it was time to lose the damn weight. My advice: eat frequently, downsize portions, no refined carbs, keep a food journal and lift weight to lose weight.

That cabbage soup diet is a great one for a kick start. I did it twice. I gained the weight back the second time but I'm still 5lbs lighter over-all. Cutting back on booze (especially beer) helps a lot, too. Um... and running just a mile a day can make a huge difference (even though it's so farking COLD out right now!)

I used to be about 165lbs before I went back to dancing. I lost about 30lbs over 3-4 months. I did cardio 4-5 days a week and at healthy. I barely ate fast food and cooked at home pretty much all the time. If I didnt cook it at home fresh I wasnt eating it. I limited my crap food intake and ate more salads and fruit. They say its takes 21 days to develop a habit. You just get used to it doing it all the time. Eventhough most of my day was planned around working out it was worth it to get away from retail back into stripping. I dont feel insecure as much anymore and dont buy anymore double digit sizes.
