Moving To Las Vegas... help/advice?
Whew, okay so this is my first time posting and I'm not sure if this is where to put this, so please bear with me ;). I'm going to be moving to Las Vegas within a few months, but I don't need the whole "make sure you have enough money and don't expect everything to fall in your lap" lecture, I've got that covered. What I do need however, is friends and advice. I've never danced before but that's my goal... does anyone have any tips about the clubs in Vegas, places to stay away from, things to watch for? Thanks everyone... sorry if I come across tense but I'm really nervous :-\
Re: Moving To Las Vegas... help/advice?
There's lots of Vegas girls around here, I'm sure they'll come along to help too. Until then, here's some good threads..
Vegas Trip Reports
Licenses
Lap Dance Ordinance
Vegas Honestly
etc.....
Do a search for "Vegas" and have fun!

I stayed in LV for a month and it was too slow and too freky for me to live there and be happy. I live in NY and I love it. I like to travel. It LV makes you happy go. Visit there first.:O

Heres a thread I made a while back when I thought I wanted to move there. Everyone was very helpful. I'll stay where I am because Im going into chemistry and UNLV isnt very strong in that area.
Re: Moving To Las Vegas... help/advice?
Be careful, that's a very dancgerous place. UNLV can be danergous too.;)
Re: Moving To Las Vegas... help/advice?
Vegas is NOT a dangerous place to live. Of course, there are bad areas you must avoid, but overall, it is very safe, to live and work.
I did not visit here before I moved. I came out here for a week, got a house, car, and furnished it, and unloaded all my suitcases. I went back home with empty suitcases, refilled them, got here, and never went back. Whatever I couldnt bring on thoes 2 trips, I sold.
I never regretted my decision to move here. I love it.
If you have never danced before, I suggest you may want to start out at a smaller club to learn the ropes before moving to a bigger club. I would be very intimidated if I never danced before to go into the largest strip club in the world, with 300 dancers, and then tried to learn how to hustle.
Places to stay away from:
If you are moving here. Dont live in North Las vegas. the rent may be cheap, but there is a reason for that. Its a scary place.
nice places to live are:
Henderson, Summerlin, green valley.
When you get here, make sure you have enough money to cover your self for a few months. It will take you time to get accustomed to the way things are here, and if your just starting to dance, it may time a little tiem befor eyou start making good money.
Go around to ALL the strip clubs, and check them out, find out what places you like, feel comfortable in, and mabye even work a night in some of them just to find out where you would like to work.
Good luck, and if you have any more questions, fell free to ask. Read all the threads on Vegas, and the clubs, and make sure you read through hustle hut as well.

VegasOrBUST, if you still have questions after reading through some of those threads be sure to come back and ask! I'm always more than happy to answer what I can, and I know the other LV girls around these parts are even sweeter!!

Re: Moving To Las Vegas... help/advice?
If you've never danced before, I would recommend you get hired at a club or 2 where you live now in order to get experience. Vegas is not a good place for a newbie to start off in. Start dancing now where you're at, and the transition will be much easier.
Living in Vegas is just like living in any other major city. Nothing to mworry about.
