The cause of sagging...is this true?
I was talking to a female friend yesterday about how some girls have kinda...well, saggy boobs. I thought that was caused by losing weight rapidly, having kids and possibly breastfeeding, or having naturally tubular-shaped boobs. But my friend told me that guys constantly grabbing and squeezing boobs(you know...the kinda guys who behave as though our boobs are the volume knobs on a radio lol) can loosen them up and make them saggier. Is there any grain of truth to this? :-\
Re: The cause of sagging...is this true?
I suppose if it happened a lot! Like 2-3 hours a day, for years, to make a difference, and I don't think it'd be a big difference. Breastfeeding, if you wean gradually, doesn't seem to do too much damage, for my family at least. Genetics and weight loss seem to make the most sag, imo.
Re: The cause of sagging...is this true?
I hiiiiiighy doubt it.... stimulation can make them larger and, I suppose, in turn, make them saggy when they shrunk again... but I'm talking LOTS of stimulation here.

Oh, what a bunch of crap. If that was the case I'd have windsocks with tennis balls in them after the maulings I slapped off in Guam.
Sagging is from stretched ligaments, weight gain and loss, and ultimately genetics.

its from exercising, especially running without a sports bra!! I wear 2 sports bras and a crop top when i go to the gym. And im only a C cup
Re: The cause of sagging...is this true?
I had saggy boobs because I had a fat year when I was 17. Then when I was 18 I lost it all, but my boobs still had all this skin. So then I got my boobs done. But they still aren't as I'd like them. The only guy that touches my titties are my boyfriend so I don't think that would be the reason for them being saggy. I think it's probably due to genetics, skin elasticity, if you took care of them like wearing correct bras. Posture haha, and of course gravity.
Re: The cause of sagging...is this true?
Sagging is caused by time/gravity, pregnancy (doesn't matter if you breast-feed or bottle-feed) and weight loss.
