How did you get to Tashkent and what were you doing there? I would love to go there some day, one of the oldest and most culturally rich regions of the former Persian empire, wow!
Aw shit, well thanks!! I think I inherited my eyes from my grandmother. She barely had any wrinkles and she was in her late 70s when she passed away, God bless her. But seriously, you look fine. I would just take preventative measures so that you won't have to worry about wrinkles later.. You know what they say...an ounce of prevention...
When I was 17 I received a letter in the mail asking me if I'd like to join kids from various high schools in the area in being a Student Ambassador to Russia. I figured well shit it's summer, I have the $$$ and I'm Ukrainian so it would be cool to go over to the (former) USSR and explore my roots. We didn't get to go to the Ukraine but we did get to go to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Alma Ata, Tashkent, Tver, Irkutsk and Helsinki, Finland. All in a 3-week span. Tashkent was cool. I'd love to go back. As an American I stood out and people stared at us a lot but I remember the people were friendly. I remember going to a really cool tea house. Maybe that was in Alma Ata. I don't remember but I have it written in my journal. The whole trip was a blast and it was all very educational. I had a new appreciation for the culture there and I also developed a new appreciation for what we have here in the States. I'd love to go and do more traveling there again. It was all so different and I loved it.

Re: Wrinkles around the eyezees!!
In addition to any advice given by others, I'd like to add that when applying any creams or lotions, you should never rub them into your eye area. Always pat the lotion/cream/gel on with your middle or ring finger. Rubbing promotes wrinkles and sagging skin later in life, and patting with your index finger is a no-no b/c is stronger than the middle or ring fingers....putting too much pressure also promotes eye irritation and such.
Also - just my $0.02 here about products, Estee Lauder eye creams made me break out - not fun near my eyes! I've been using Loreal Revitalift products for about 3 weeks and it doesn't clog my pores (I use face cream and eye cream) and it's very light and my skin texture looks great. (compared to before I started using it)
PS - I think your eyes look fine, but it's never too early to start taking care of your skin!
Re: Wrinkles around the eyezees!!
I bought strivectin from Ebay... and that stuff is freaking AWESOME! I'm getting little lines around my eyes and I've noticed after six weeks of use, they are not so noticeable anymore.
Re: Wrinkles around the eyezees!!
I also bought this eye cream from my millionaire MLM client to appease her since I've told her every single investment decision sucks ass and I put their assets into an account they can't trade into without my permission.

I patted it under my eyes last night and this morning I have a little zit under one eye, gross! I've never had one there before. The stuff is pretty greasy I guess.
Sunshine, that's an amazing trip you took, would love to do that sometime!
Re: Wrinkles around the eyezees!!
eye creams have to be the single most confusing beauty product ever.
I figured I'd go with a costmetic line I trust (philosophy) and use their eye cream, but they have at least three. What's a 30 year old woman to do?
Re: Wrinkles around the eyezees!!
I know a woman in her mid-forties who seriously looks sixteen. Seriously. She says that ever since she was a teenager, every night she puts Vaseline around her eyes before bed. It's an intensive moisturizer and something in it keeps the skin tight and elastic. I really need to start doing that myself... I'm only 27 but the air pollution in Los Angeles has aged my skin by so many years since I moved out here! When I moved here, I was 25 and looked 18; two and a half years later, I look my age. :P
