Sports Mix
I'm working on a "football mix" for my sons iPod, something that he can listen to prior to games to get him pumped up. So far I have:
Nazareth - Hair of the Dog
Metallica - Enter Sandman
Queen -We Will Rock You
Saliva - Ladies and Gentlemen
Guns & Roses - Welcome To The Jungle
AC/DC - TNT
Lots of old ones but nothing new execpt for the one by Saliva.
I'm looking for any suggestions that will get him motivated and awaken his inner animal before kick off. Thanks!

Re: Sports Mix
Good ones, keep them coming. I need to get him pumped up somehow, he just doesn't have his mothers nasty streak.

Re: Sports Mix
Im not to keen on music downloads, but I have a suggestion.
Have you tried the "Jock Jam"series of cd's??
All upbeat, perfect for a pre game pump up.

Ricky Martin - The Cup Of Life (La Copa De La Vida) [English Version]
I use it a lot for workout, it's one of my favorites "prozac" song!

Re: Sports Mix
Before fighting at Kung Fu tournaments, I always list to anything by Rage Against the Machine. (not sure how old your little guy is- this may be inappropriate!) I also like Metallica, "Damage, Inc."

Re: Sports Mix

Re: Sports Mix
Bullet For My Valentine - Hand of Blood
Unwritten Law - F.I.G.H.T.
Papa Roach - ...To Be Loved
Edgy, hard-rocking rhythms for sure. And both are fairly recent (2005-present). Both have clean versions available on iTunes, no less! You know, cuz I look out for the kids. ^_^
