HUSTLER Beverly Hills Supper Club
Anyone used to work there? Do you know why this club closed? It's very odd since it was one of their best locations... (next to NYC and Paris, of course) I've been very curious about this for awhile, I find it odd that no [email protected] the SF Hustler knows anything about it. Just being nosey... :P
Re: HUSTLER Beverly Hills Supper Club
Nobody wants to go into Beverly Hills except the idiots who live there, and the idiots who live there are too insecure for a Hustler club.
Just my personal theory.
Re: HUSTLER Beverly Hills Supper Club
I visited this club once a few years ago (while it was still a stripclub). Arrived at ~ 9pm on a Saturday night......no dancers were working, and there were no customers in the place. I suspect that was probably a big reason why it failed.
It then became a "supper club" complete with cabaret dancers - a true cabaret/dinner show. We went to see that once - it wasn't half bad, but very PG rated. Then *poof* - it was gone, too.
BH never really knew how to deal with anything that had Larry Flynt's name associated with it. I'm sure they weren't sorry to see him leave.
Re: HUSTLER Beverly Hills Supper Club
So there is an actual strip club in snobby arse BH
Re: HUSTLER Beverly Hills Supper Club
No, sophiemarie, like she said in the first post, it closed several years ago.
Re: HUSTLER Beverly Hills Supper Club
They should re-open it. LA needs help in the stripper scene.
Re: HUSTLER Beverly Hills Supper Club
Well before it was Hustler it was the Beverly Club. I loved that club, it's a shame they sold it to Deja Vu(they just "rent" the Hustler brand name). It did very well before the wal-mart of strip joints got to the place... :(
Re: HUSTLER Beverly Hills Supper Club
Where do LA dancers work at?
Re: HUSTLER Beverly Hills Supper Club
At any of the many, many strip clubs around the Los Angeles metro area. You can find them all . We are a major metropolitan area, you know. ::)
Re: HUSTLER Beverly Hills Supper Club
I was actually there last night! They use it as a dinner/lounge called the Aqua Lounge and on Thursday nights have burlesque performers. There is an open pit in the center of the stage filled with pillows and lets you get right in the middle of the action. The dancers were all fit and their choreography was amazing....more titillating performance than one I saw a few years ago here with a different troupe and choreographers. I recommend checking it out as a dinner/performance thing. Im sure we, even in Los Angeles, make more money as full-on strippers.
