In need of advice
I'm trying to tighten up my stomach muscles abs I guess you call them. I'm not much into exercise but I'm really trying to tone up.
What I'm looking for is some things I can do to achieve my goal of a flatter tummy?
Does anyone have some suggestions? I could really use some help. I just want to know a few things I can do at home.

It's all about cardio. Doing lots and lots of cardio is really the only way to get rid of belly fat. So start running! (or get a treadmill) Good luck! :)
