Re: working day verses night
I know at my club, dayshift is a serious pay cut. But just like at nights, some dancers always make money, and some always complain.
I think it really depends on your personality....
some girls like slower daytimes with lots of regs, and some girls like busier night times with more travelers.
Re: working day verses night
well i think it depends like on the club, you know?
i worked at this one club during nightshift, it was sort of popular, but not THAT much.
THEN i started working at this otehr club during the day shift, which is far way more popular , and i made the SAME or even MORE than i did at nighttime at the other club, and doing LESS work and less headache(due to nighttime drunk guys)
however, im sure that if i worked the nighttime at the more popular club that i work now, id make more. but hey im happy with what i have right now.
Re: working day verses night
I think it's different for every girl and every club, it's reall a matter of where you fit in best. many clubs draw in a more business-man clientele during dayshift where nights is busier with more of a party atmosphere.
There's only one way to find out............
Re: working day verses night
Depends on the club, really. If you're starting out, I'd suggest starting on day shift. Easier to learn.
Re: working day verses night
I do better on days than on nights because of my personality. Business men and those types love me, and spend far more on me than 21-year-olds looking for girlfriend with big tits. I know part of this is because I have NO patience for them, and also because I am lazy. I much prefer sitting and BS for a bit with a guy who is either paying me to do so or gets a bunch of dances than hustling the crowd for a dance here and there. Some girls are exactly the opposite.
Give both a try, and see what fits you better.
Re: working day verses night
Hey priory, start the day shift first because its slower. I personally like the day shift becasue I can get several dances off one guy than runnin around hustlin getting like one or two dances here and there at night. Its more relaxed. But some girls like the hustle at night. I made about the same working days as I did nights but worked less hours during night shift.
Re: working day verses night
I have worked both dayshift and nightshift, and depending on what city I was in, I would pick which shift worked better for me. There is money to be made during both.
Re: working day verses night
I like dayshift because I think the money is more steady. I feel like I have more potential to make more night, but I can also bring home almost nothing at night as well.
Re: working day verses night
Re: working day verses night
Usually where I've worked the dayshift is a serious paycut compared to working nights. A little too reliant on "regulars" for my tastes.
Re: working day verses night
99.9% of the time the night shift is better. But days can be good -- that is one thing that I appreciated in Texas, steady dayshift income that let me go out at night and not have to be up at all hours when I was in school.
but yeah, there is always more money at night simply because of the numbers. More customers in the door = more $$ potential.
Re: working day verses night
day shifts are gainin popularity and many of the older money spending customers are coming in during the afternoon as opposed to nights. Much of that is due to a huge influx of younger customers in many clubs during peak hours, and the fact that day shift allows guys with families, girlfriends, and wives to still be able to enjoy the clubs and be home for dinner.
Also, many day shift girls have an established customer base, in other words guys who are their regulars who only come to the club to see them.
Of course, every club is different. Some clubs have very little business during the day and some are not open at all. You really need to work a few shifts or go in as a customer and see for yourself.
Re: working day verses night
I've been working at my club almost 11 years now and was always a night shift girl...I was feeling a little burned out so i decided to make the switch to days...AND I LOVE IT!!
My club averages anywhere from 50-100 girls on weekend nights depending on the time of the year...and during the day its an average of about 10....
the clientele that comes in is mostly business types or golfers...and the occasional old man...the younger 18 to 20-something crowd doesnt come in and the dancers are a bit older and in turn theres ALOT less drama....i went from making 150-250 a night to averaging a steady 400-600 every day...and i feel like i have a "normal" life...haha:D

I concur. Sometimes dancers talk about how day shift guys and regulars take more time to hustle, but I've actually found that the customers at night sometimes are more into getting a girl to sit and drink and party with them. I don't know, I do well during the day, granted it isn't by choice - I have a little one, but I like it. I also usually bank by being the one hot girl and sadly, that isn't ego, it's really true.
Re: working day verses night
my club, dayshift is dead with the same 4 girls, and theyve been there for years. One is decently sweet, pretty face but saggy stomach, the rest are coked out ho's (last dayshift i worked they all left with these russians that came in and bought 1 dance from one girl) where as night shift i never walk out with less than $250-300
Re: working day verses night
Day shift may have less custies coming in, but there are also less dancers to compete with for their money. And it really is a great starter environment for a noob, I'm still trying to wean myself off it lol.
