Does it still exist? Everything now seems to have rap/r&b beats in it somewhere..
I want to put more Pop music into my routines..I LOVE Outrageous by Britney Spears. (yea she's crazy, but I like this song lol)

Christina Aquilera "Ain't No Other Man", generally anything from her new album, is alright.
These are all UK artists, so you might have to do a little hunting on the internet, but I think they worth a try:
-Charlotte Church - Crazy Chick
-Girls Aloud - Watch Me Go
Long Hot Summer
-Sugababes - Push the Button
-Kylie Minogue - More More More
Oh, and the Pussycat Dolls cd is good.
Gwen Stefani
Kelly Clarkson
Pink (I don't personally care for her)
Nelly Furtado
Ashlee Simpson
Danity Kane
Justin timberlakes new cd is honestly the best pop album i ever herd in my life. Try summer Love justin timberlake.
"Slow Down Baby" is a good track from that Christina album, as well.
I'm feeling you, CK, on all "pop" being hiphop/r&b influenced right now. It's the times. Some stuff is more poppy dance like Kylie Minogue and such. It's all blending together anymore. It makes putting artists/songs into categories in my work hard drive annoyingly difficult.
Exactly..I remember being a kid and specifically knowing which stations played what. Shoot, now they are all playing a little bit of something or the other. Hell, remember when Nelly feat. Tim McGraw -Over and Over again...that was played on the country stations :O
If you're looking for a non-played out pop album... peep Robyn's album "Robyn" (it's an import from 2005) - she dropped out of the US mainstream after a short stint in the mid 90s, but her latest stuff is actually REALLY good w/out being annoying.
Think something like Pink with more electro/Euro-pop melodies.
I am going through some of my music on my computer (I admit, I download stuff and NEVER even know what I'm downloading) So far, I've found a couple good ones, w/ potential.
Mya: Don't you wanna dance
Gerri Hallawell: Riding It
