Do You Push Yourself Everyday?
Do you put yourself outside your comfort zone on a daily or similar basis to grow? Like for example, I hate parking in the middle of two cars, and combined with not being the best backer outer, it's horrible. I get all ancy and will drive to other end of the parking lot just to park by myself. Well for the last month everytime I parked I forced myself to go into a difficult spot, like one right up front and in between two cars. I've improved a lot and I'm really glad I put aside the anxiety and just did it.

That's so commendable! I struggle with anxiety and try so hard to "welcome change" and put myself "outside my comfort zone" as well. It can definitely be a challenge but it's the long-term growth I'm striving for.
Re: Do You Push Yourself Everyday?
Yeah, I try to do that. Like I'm paranoid in big crowds, not like house party's or small gatherings, but like car shows, night clubs and other similar settings. I try to do these activities as often as I can because I believe I need to get over that feeling I get. I still get it sometimes, but it's not as bad as it was before and I'm becoming a little more comfortable and enjoying myself.
I think it's good that you do it as well. I believe if you don't at least try you limit yourself and miss out on a lot. I don't have the parking problem, but I imagine that proving to yourself you can do something that your nervous about regardless of what it is can be very therapeudic.

I do it without consciously knowing I'm doing it until I have done it. So yes you could say I do this everyday (or whenever the opportunity arises) yet at the same time I'm not perfect.......... I will sometimes want to stay within my comfort zone.

I think EVERYONE wants to stay in their comfort zones at times.
