online banking
I can't get into my bank account online. I've done it many times in the past, but right now it just keeps taking me to an invalid password error, and then to the enrollment page. Could it just be a problem with the website? Could someone have stolen all my money and shut down my account? Should I be worried?

Re: online banking
I'd call my bank ASAP...especially if they have a 1-800 number!!! They can answer your questions.

Re: online banking
It's afederal credit union, and the 800 number on the site has been disconected. I've been banking with them for several years. University federal credit union.

Re: online banking
You don't have a bank statement around the house to look for the number? It should be on your statement. They may be having problems with the site and that is all, but I would call for confirmation.

Re: online banking
If you haven't accessed it in a long time, they may be asking you to reset your password. Sometimes they "expire" after not logging on in a certain amount of time. But I would definitely find a number and call them to confirm.

Re: online banking
could just be capital letters versus lower-case, but i would definitely call the bank or contact thru their website (email, phone, customer service).
at the very least, you should reset your password. with all the "phishing" and spyware stuff out their, it could be someone's been accessing your passwords and stuff. hth
