That's a great achievement, congratulations! That just made me think... For me it's probably more like it never came. I don't identify with that weight at all and when I see old pics I go "was I really THAT big?" a lot. I gained the weight rapidly (in three months) and I only stayed at 170ish for maybe another three months before I started losing it again. So I most identify with the weight I'm currently at, but also I don't think I've ever been this muscular so even if I'm leaner I think I look bigger because of the muscle whilst it should be the opposite I suppose. :O
Huge difference. You're looking very toned and sleek. Congratulations!
id like to see close ups of the ink!
You seriously changed yr whole self! Looking absolutely fantastic. I totally know where yr coming from with the 30lbs...I think it's not so much our image of ourselves as our image of "30 lbs" it seems so damn excessive, but I think women (especially hourglass types!) carry it so well that it seems distorted.
thats great! i can really see the diff. in the stomach area
There is definitely a difference! You look great!
You have a beautiful hourglass shape.
U look great! Just for curiosity how long did it take to loose.
You look great and you can totally see the difference!
whoa, i can def. see a difference. You look good:)
Yea, I think our views on weight in general are totally distorted. We throw off numbers like 200 pounds like it'd make any person an elephant to weigh that much. And as we all know it's just simply not true. Heck, even when I say I weigh 140 I sometimes get told that I don't look that fat
:O
It took three months to gain and a year to lose. I'm sure the weight could've been lost a lot sooner by strict dieting but my first priority was learning "normal" eating habits not just counting calories and becoming normal weight/thin asap. I think it's payed off.
