How do I keep the twins looking perky?
Okay, can someone give me some tips here...... Are there any pec exercises or supplements (something that helps prevent breakdown of tissue elastin or helps keep it firm) that will help keep my boobs in place? I am in my mid twenties, and slender with natural c cups, and the laws of gravity are beginning to frighten me. Most women I work with have implants (and they look fabulous) that are very perky, and I'm beginning to notice I cant pull off the rompers etc. like they can because I need something with some lift to make my cleavage happen. I know lifts are available but I'm not prepared to do anything surgical. any advice?:O

I think supplements are a waste of money... I have heard if they make your boobs bigger its only because they make you gain weight. You could do pushups or bench presses to strengthen the underlying muscle and give your boobies a boost... otherwise I don't know. I have implants so I wear sport bras all the time (even when I'm sleeping.)

I hear ya, I have nursed 5 children, I cannot wait till I get the money for my cabin tucked away, my next venture will be my boob job. I dont want to be bigger, I am big enough, I just want them to "be" where they used to be,lol.
I have never really heard of anything that actually works for perkiness, but spraying watered down pepermint oil (NOT extract!!!) on your nips will keep them a little hard, not to mention, if custie trys to suckle, he will learn quickly not too.

I dont know about you, but I cannot sleep w/o my bra. I have awesome tits, and they are nice. They sit high too. My mom is 51, still sleeps in her bra nightly and her boobs look like mine..and she breastfed 4 kids..

Last time I visited the salon to get waxed the lady gave me a paper with her monthly specials on it. I noticed that it said-
UP_LIFTING BREAST MASK: To tone and firm the delicate skin tissue of the breast. Ideal for pregnancy, during weight loss and to maintain breast firmness. Time: 1 hr. Price: 55.00
I want to try it next time I go in. I don't know exactly what she does, but hopefully I can post the results in the coming weeks.

Make sure and keep the boobies moisturized (cocoa & shea butter are great) . It keeps everything supple and smooth & maintaining their elasticity keeps 'em perky. Vitamin E supplements might not be a bad investment, either.
You could also probably whip up your own titty-firming mask by playing around with different ingredients: bananas, ground up caffiene tablets, avacados, oatmeal, cucumbers, grapeseed oil, honey, etc.

Mine are real perky. It could be that I do boobie flexes. or it could be I'm 20.

A girl I work with had 2 children and her breasts had sagged quite a bit and she got implants and not a lift and they look great and sit up nice and high.
You dont always need a lift as well.
I dont know how any of u girls sleep with bras on, I look forward to taking mine off at night. In fact the thought of wearing a bra to bed is what puts me off getting a BA.

Gross :( The idea of my boobies "running free" while I sleep makes me feel weird. I like for them to feel close to me, not all over my bed..:D

Oddly my boobs look better now that they have ever before. 15 years of supportive bras and lotion massages might be the reason.
Easy breast care-
* don't tan your breasts and the "natural bra" of muscles holding them on your chest wall- the sun breaks down the strength of the tissue.
* wear supportive, comfortable bras, even to bed. Marilyn Monroe even did this (she talked about it in an interview.)
* Maintain good posture so you can strengthen the muscles that keep your breasts "perky"
* Massage lotion into your breasts after baths and showers, pinch gently to break up lactic acid deposits
* Take supplements that maintain skin health, like fish oil capsules, silica and biotin-containing multivitamins, and collagen-containing foods.
I have been doing this for years and my breasts look better than they did when I got them at 13 (they announced themselves by interfering with my ability to say the Pledge of Allegiance every morning at school- I had to feel up my left boob to put my hand over my heart... ; P )
