Getting back in the game...
I found out that some things have changed at my old club and I want to make a comeback. I MISS dancing and I miss my club!
I have to lose about 15-20 pounds to get back to my dancing weight. I am currently going to the gym 5 days a week doing cardio all 5 days and lifting 3 days a week. I eat really healthy too...so the weight loss will come. I have already lost about 5 pounds this month.
Anyway...I haven't got anywhere to practice any of my pole work? Am I just going to have to go in rusty? Is there anything at the gym I can do to help?
I need to start practicing a lot of my other moves too...I have about 8 weeks before I want to go back!
