"Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
I really want to get my boobs done soon.
The question is about how big to go?
In my personal life away from work, I would be happy with a 225cc sized implant. Right now I am 34b. So that would take me up to about 34c -full.
I had 2 consults and was told that 225cc was a very conservative implant size, and my boobs will only look 'fuller' not 'bigger'. I thought I was sure on the size but they said sub-muscular gets squished by the muscle and looks smaller than the sizers I tried.
I think that in order to see a difference in earnings at work (i.e. getting attention, making passive sales from a distance, etc), I think I would need to go up to a 'D' bra size... so like 300cc minimum.
Can I get some opinions on an implant size of 225cc for a dancer?
My shoulders are narrow and I am 5ft 7 so I really don't want to over-do it. I also don't want to -under-do-it and wind up going back 6 months later for a bigger size.
My boobs look a lot like the before here, and I like the after too... (with 300cc)

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
Well, let me put it this way... Do you think you'd be more upset if you ended up smaller or bigger than you wanted? If your bigger concern is being too big then going for a more conservative size would be better. 75cc isn't all THAT big of a difference though and 225 would take you up a good cup size. If you wanted to go up two cup sizes you'd probably need 350+ implants, depending on your anatomy and the implant dimensions of course.
Have you bought a 34C bra, padded it full and worn it for a while? Many people who do this find that they get used to the size very quickly and end up wanting bigger implants. Then again, I really don't think anyone should get a bigger set of implants just because "everyone says" you'll want them bigger afterwards. Also boobs are pretty easy to conceal with clothing if you want to look more conservative.

I think if they were 'too big' I would be more upset.
I wore the sizers for 15 minutes and thats it. With the 225 I noticed the weight more than anything.

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
It's probably better to go for the conservative sizen then. Also you could wear a sports bra with for example 225cc of unboiled rice stuffed into cut stocking/pantyhose. Where the "most people wish they got bigger implants" stems from is that many women get used to their size so quickly. Wearing sizers or silicone padding or such in your desired size can help you get used to it and in a few days or weeks you might find you want bigger ones. That's not always the case but that's an easy way to test it out if you want to be sure :)

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
I don't really have much to add- but if your boobs look like the ones in the before, then wow! I think they're perfect.
But... good luck with whatever you choose! I too would err on the side of going more conservative- a girl I work with just went down a size after she realized she went too big.

Talk to your dr about your wishes and expectations. He/she will be able to recommend the proper size for your frame. I was a small B..got 450cc implants, under the muscle and I am a full D now. and they look natural because they fit my frame. I'm also 5'7", but I have broader shoulders so I can handle a larger size without looking unbala nced.

I think that is by far the exception to the rule, especially in this industry. Almost everyone I've known with implants talks about going larger...

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
^^^ I find that to be the majority, too. I'm happy with my size, but I definitely would also be happy with 50 - 100ccs more than I have right now. If I ever have any complications that require a redo, I'll replace them with bigger ones.

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
At the moment I wouldn't mind being 50-100cc smaller (I'm 5'6" 135lbs, 34B -> 34 full D or small DD with 450cc implants). Over all I'm very happy with my size though. In the beginning I had boobie greed, right now I'm happy with my size naked but clothed I wouldn't mind not being so obvious at times, like when I go grocery shopping with greasy hair and no make-up, I hate it how people still pay attention to me because of my chest unless I wear a big black hoodie that makes me look fat rather than busty.

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
Personally I think anything bigger than a full C is over kill unless the woman is big in other areas as well. By big I mean bigger than what is generally an acceptable weight for stripping. Just my opinion though, everyone is different.

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
I guess it's just me personally... but I like the before picture best, great size with no weird cleavage gap.
Anyhow, most women prefer bigger but keep your personal life in mind, not just your earnings. Plenty of women make plenty of money without getting them at all, so a little size difference won't impact your wallet too terribly much.

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
^Good point on the cleavage gap. That's the number one mistake in getting too small implants. Be sure to get an implant that is wide enough to make your new boobs look like boobs and not implanted mile-apart lemons. You'll probably need a low or moderate profile implant.
Personally, I love my implants but if anything, I'd rather be bigger than smaller.
The number one most common regret in getting implants is not going large enough. That's the number one reason for a re-do. Keep that in mind when choosing a size.
Also, they say a fake baby D looks more like a real C. And a fake C looks more like a real B.

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
Holy crap! Does anyone else think that those befores are like the most beautiful boobs in the whole world?! Seriously, I would LOVE to have those. You couldn't get me to keep my shirt on.
Anyway, if I was you, I'd go more conservative. Only because that's sort of what I want - just to be "fuller" but not to fake looking. Outside of stripper world, I know finding clothing and bras can be harder with real big bewbs.

Um...no. People are built differantly. I've seen girls with fake B cups that looked too big and girls with DD implants that looked great. It all depends on not only your weight, but your height and overall build. Someone who is 5', small boned, willowy and 100 pounds will not look good with a D cup. Someone who is 5'11, 150 pounds, medium build and athletic can get a D cup and still look like a model.
I'm a full D and I am FAR from an "unacceptable" size for stripping. ANd mine suit my frame so well that most people do not know I've had them done.

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
When I tried on sizers with 285cc they felt huge. I am getting more confused.

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
I dont have fake boobs BUT..... I would go conservative, everyone and thier mama has big fake boobs. Fake does not necesarilly have to equal really big. Its nice to see beautiful perky boobs that aren't huge.

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
When I tried the sizers on at the office, they felt huge too. I even put my top on and they looked even more humongous under my clothes. They really made me hesitate because they made what I had planned on getting look cartoonish.
But, I went with my research and ended up getting 60cc's more than my sizers, just because I knew from my research that they dont look as big when they are under the skin and muscle. Glad I did, otherwise I would have chickened out, gone too small and been disappointed.
So don't judge everything by the sizers!

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
Find several pics that show what you want. Be realistic..use pics where the before pic is close to what you look like now. A good Dr wil be able to tell you what you will need to get the desired after look.

This has nothing to do with the thread, but I thought of you last night because a girl at work was wearing a similar, if not the same, dress you are wearing in your avatar. Fyi, it looks better on you.;)

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
i went from a 34 b to a 36 c. then i gained 10 lbs. now i am a large 36 d. i wish i would have factored in things like weight gain and went a tad smaller. so bigger is not always better.

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
When I was doing research to get my boobs done I read a survey that said the most common regret among breast augmentation patients was that they wished they had gone bigger. I was surprised, but my surgeon actually encouraged me to go bigger too... I got 300 cc's. After the swelling went down I was very happy with them. I have all these "reasons" in my head why I'm glad I got small implants (like I can still sleep on my tummy, etc.)
But really, if I could wave a magic wand and get 500cc's without all the money and time and pain... I would. I have considered getting them re-done even though I'm happy with them in every other way, but I always think "its not worth all the hassle for an extra 200ccs." (Ironic, isn't it?)
I don't even know anyone with anything less than 300 cc implants. If I were you I would not go less than 350 ccs. If I could go back in time I think I would have gone bigger.
I say, if you're happy with your boobs the way they are don't get them done!!! Its a lot of money and hassle and (for some people more than others) pain.
Hope this helps! :)

Exactly! When I tried the sizer things on in the office I looked like dolly parton! Think about it. I was a 34B and the sizers were 325 and 350. My regular boob cc's were about 250-275; at the minimal I was looking at my boobs if I got 570cc implants. :O I got just over 400cc's in each. Those things suck for judging post op size.

Re: "Stripper-size" Boob Job? Does Size Really Matter?
Every dancer i have spoken to with implants has said their earnings have not changed after the implants. They might appeal to diff custies but there is not suddenly a huge increase in earnings.
So IMO go for the size that u r happy with personally.

I'd have to disagree here, my nightly wage went up three-fold after boobs
Plus, everybody that has gotten a BA , that I have talked to - usually wished they had gone with a bigger size.
There is the clothing issue with the really large boobies. :)

How many cc's did yall get? And what is your height and weight?
