i've talked plenty about how i've gained weight and i'm not happy. i broke down and bought some new jeans just because i really needed something that fit well while i was on vacation. but that is all! i'm not buying any new clothes. i just moved so i can use my gym at my apartment for free, plus i ordered a few exercise dvds this summer that ive only done maybe once each. i only want to lose about 10-15 pounds, and it shouldnt be hard if i stick with it! so this is my motivator, posting it on here so i can't whine that ive gained weight and continue not doing anything about it!

Maybe add a 'pound lost' ticker to your signature to keep you motivated?

I am right there with you. I have been so stressed out and busy with school and work that i put on a good amount of weight. Today is the beginning of my healthy weight loss plan. Good luck to you!!

i havent done well so far at all. i dont have a scale, first off.. i never needed one, i just knew that when i went to the doctor or gyno and they weighed me, i was always about the same. and my clothes fit the same soo i never had one.. first thing i need to do is buy a scale so i know how much progress im making.
i havent really worked out since i posted this :-[ yesterday i did some crunches and squats and stuff but thats all. i am, however, eating more. more meaning not the 1 or 2 meals a day i'm used to. one thing at a time, right?

lj, i would do pictures except i lost the connector for my camera when i moved. im going to my parents house tonight for dinner though so im looking there! and then i just have to get the balls.. haha..

i kinda feel like working out right now.. is it bad to work out at night? i feel like i wont be able to sleep if i do :-\
