The person who posted all that crap is pissed off because it took longer than she liked to get her 4 pairs of CUSTOM SHOES made and shipped. The package HAS already been shipped; I shipped it myself. It's an international order, which takes extra time to process and there's nothing I can do about that.
Custom shoes plus international order = it's going to take longer than usual.
Apparently this customer's emails were getting shoved into my spam box, and I wasn't receiving them, so I couldn't respond. Sorry. However that has NO bearing on the order process. I make sure orders are processed daily.
I have NEVER taken anybody's money and not shipped the merchandise. Hell, sometimes I've shipped EXTRA stuff when there was a problem with the order. Sometimes I upgrade the shipping to a faster service for FREE, just to make people happy. And sometimes when there is a backorder issue, I will allow the customer to substitute for a HIGHER PRICED item so they can get something suitable right away.
But I DO NOT TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY FOR NOTHING, and I answer emails when I receive them.
