Shrinking Jeans
Hey ladies
I bought a brand new pair of jeans with money I really shouldnt have spent but when I tried them on they fit PERFECTLY and looked so good, so I had to buy them. But as I wear them they stretch out sooo much and look baggy. I'm upset because they're new, they were expensive (to me..) and theyre super cute when I first wash them but then they look sloppy.
They are 99% cotton and 1% spandex. Can I shrink these?
Some people say hot water hot dryer, some say cold water hot dryer bc the water doesnt do anything and it will just make them fade (they are really dark) Which is correct?
Can you ladies help? I have another pair of jeans from the same store in one size smaller because I figured they WOULD stretch and wouldnt you know those wont..so I buy the right size and they stretch way too much AGGGHHH

Re: Shrinking Jeans
hot dryer should do the trick ... but be careful that it doesn't do TOO much shrinking !

Re: Shrinking Jeans
i never ever buy jeans without asking the salesperson if they will shrink/stretch. i usually buy them a size too small because they stretch to fit perfectly.
you should wash them in hot water every other wash to prevent fading, and put them in the dryer. that should help keep them fitting correctly.
