Anyone tried the Arnold double fiber bread? My one housemate swears by it, so I bought some and it does seem to be helping with my IBS-D. I'm not the healthiest eater, so every bit helps.

I've never tried that, but I'll tell you what's good...Potato bread! My grandma made me eat it one time and now I love it! And you already know, there's NOTHING like homemade bread!!! MMMM
What does this double fiber bread taste like?
where can you buy double fiber bread???
Yes, it is awesome. I love Arnold breads, they are the best imo (you should also try the Health Nut). Unfortunately since we left NJ I am stuck with Natures Own.
I always look for the bread with the most fiber. It does more to satisfy my hunger.
I get mine from the Stop & Shop, but I'm in NJ. I believe Arnold is called something else further west.
LuckiCharm-it's a little sweeter than your average wholewheat bread, but it's nowhere near as tasty as potato bread! I need to get one of those mini-breadmakers one of these days. Yum, potato bread.
Personally, I didn't like the taste of it and wouldn't buy it again. It might have just been that particular brand though.
I am not sure what brand the bread is I eat but I know it says double fiber on it. I like it. Diets high in fiber tend to give you the sensation that you are "satisfied" longer.
wow.. Ive never heard of that.
It really does seem to keep me feeling full. Ooh, it says on their webpage they have a natural Flax & Fiber bread as well. I may have to hunt that down.
I feel about 90 discussing fiber intake. ;D
