Most charges withdrawn against fired stripper
WEST SALEM TOWNSHIP —
A Geneva, Ohio, woman fired from Headliners Gentlemen’s Club, West Salem Township, for allegedly drinking on the job pleaded guilty to trashing the dressing room after she was asked to leave.
Nicole M. Fende, 23, was charged July 20 by Greenville-West Salem Township police with public drunkenness, defiant trespassing and three counts each of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
She pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct at a preliminary hearing Thursday with District Judge William L. Fagley, Greenville. The other charges were withdrawn.
Ms. Fende was ordered to pay $847 in fines, court costs and restitution and sentenced to 1 year of state probation.
According to the police complaint:
Ms. Fende was fired July 19 for drinking on the job from the club at 325 Sharon Road, where she worked as a stripper.
A manager asked her to leave and Ms. Fende went to the dressing room to gather her belongings. She began to throw food and smash it into the carpet and cut holes in another employee’s dress.
Ms. Fende was taken to the police station to be held overnight. While she was there, she pulled wood trim from the wall in two of the cells and threw entire rolls of toilet paper into the commode

Lol! Wow if they did that to all the drunk strippers at my job (where drinking is stupidly encouraged and you are required to sell drinks,) they'd need to hire a full time lawyer. I think that is hilarious.
