A girl at my club told me what she says after lap dances to ensure a tip, I thought it was just so cute and sweet and she says no one can resist it. Just: "Do I deserve a tip?" very nicely at the end. :) I can't wait to try it.

Good God! So simple and brilliant! How could they say no without looking like an ass?? Thanks for sharing this excellent tip!!
Great one I love it!!!!!!!!
I usually say when they ask.. " How much do I owe you"
It's X amount and I'll leave the tip up to you.
I've been saying this for ages! Very effective. Also good to know in Spanish: "Merezco una propina?" ;D
yes i like that too! i always find it hard to ask for a tip, i dont' wanna sound rude, but that one is genuis!
sometimes when the custie says,"how much do I owe you for the dance?" I reply with, " 20 dollars...more if you liked it!" I pause for 3 seconds in between and then I do a little giggle afterward. It works like a charm
Ya, I like the I'll leave a tip up to you.
that way the guy does have an out.... and you don't make him feel boxed in....
you never know, he may have bought 10 more dances at the going rate, but by asking if you deserve a tip, he decided not to do them anymore.

It wouldn't work at my work, they have to pay upfront at vip...
I've been using this and usually it works like a charm. There are a few jerks who say, "NO you wouldn't let me lick/ touch you" or just ignore it all together, but most guys give me a few extra bucks.
I found a line on here awhile back that I use at the end of a dance. While getting dressed I'll say that will be $20.43 or whatever and joke I have to throw in a gas surcharge because I live so far away. 9 times out of 10 I'll get an extra 5-10 dollars added on
Hmm.. Lemme see if I can put it into English phonetics: "Meh-REH-scoh OO-na proh-PEE-nah?" The first two syllables are acutally a vowel somewhere in between "Meh-reh" and "Mey-rey" and just make sure to do your "r" properly, and make your "oh" sounds short and pure, not long and wobbly like English ones.
I tried it.
What did I get? -Next time..i gotta go
Hmm...I dont like this one. I prefer the "tip is up to you" line. I can see how it would work, but I would feel very pushy, ad that doesn't work with me as a perosn.
*drunk post plz forgive*
After the dance i always say "So how was your dance?" Most of the time they'll say good, excellent, fantastic, etc. Then i say "So do i get a good, excellent, fantastic, etc. tip?" Sometimes if i'm feeling pushy, i'll even add a suggestion like "20 dollars is a good tip...." with a cute smile. It almost ALWAYS works for me....
I do love the "do I deserve a tip?" line. I actually use that one on stage after when I feel I've done an impressive show. I'll do a pole trick or two and ask if that wasn't deserving of maybe a few dollars. It almost always works. When it doesn't, I ask the customers at my stage if they think they couldn't do a better job.
In Guam, the tipping culture sometimes sucks. Japanese people are awful at tipping and some Americans have picked up the bad habit. Also, we get paid a weekly stipend so sometimes I think people don't think we deserve to be tipped extra on stage or in the dances. I've all but stopped asking for dance tips in private because I'm so used to it implying that if he gives me extra, I'll give him extra.
Last night I was saying " If your enjoyed your dance, it's customary to give a tip"
It worked. I got tipped every single time.
cute. so so cute... who could say no? i can't wait to give this one a go!
ok so it doesn't seem to work with the french.... maybe if i learnt how to say it in french it would be more affective...
