I just hate when the new girls think you're best friends. Like just because the manager made you waste your night on the girl who happened to start on a Friday does not mean that you guys will "hang out" every night after.

    3. i'm not getting $ if i'm trying to help her make $

and besides, newbies don't do a good double dance, so trying to sell those would be a dissapointment/joke to the custy.
IDK I've made pretty good money off the "Help me break her in" line. After all guys love a newbie.

Also I think it's great that they're having some one train the new girl (shoulda at least waved her fees though). It keeps the standards of the buisness up. A girl that's been shown the ropes is less likely to sit with a guy for hours or think she has to do extras.

You should have made a deal with the manager/owner by teaching the "newbie". You teach her for the entire shift, and you don't have to make tip out that night. Just don't tell the other dancers. ;-)

Threadjack. When referring to something as "Siberian", it better be a tiger or something, because its not really correct to refer to a russian as "Siberian." Unless they are native Aleuts. I believe its akin to refering to an Asian person as Oriental. I could be wrong though..........

Back to topic. When I first started at Ex-hose, Demetrius grabbed a veteran and told her to let me walk with her to show me the ropes. The minute he turned around she took off without me. Hahaha, I learned all about it from my first round of dances where the guys kept sticking their hands into my panties and then only tried to pay me $10/dance even though it was after 8pm and the special was over. Oh gawd, I am pretty tough to have kept going after that, what a traumatizing experience. It still upsets me to think about it!

No one ever asked me to help newbies, I kept to myself.

not the newbies here. the majority are toothless or just serious butterfaces.

Yeah I've done that to a DJ I was asked to train. The fucking guy was an idiot, I wasn't about to help him out, though I have bent over backwards for other new DJs.

Just be glad you didn't start off at my old club in Daytona, though I have no doubt that Houston (that was where you started, right?) was almost as bad. Only the strong survive in this business, but that place was The Jungle, alright--positively brutal. I have seen women with hearts of steel, veteran dancers, crying their eyes out, many, many times.

OK, I believe you about the term "Siberian", lol! But I was told she was from Siberia. I do know enough of Russian geography to know it's a long way from Moscow! Technically part of the Orient, is it not?

Now I'm absolutely going to have to ask her what I should say in this regard. You know me well enough by now to know I'm not kidding, either. More fun with sign language, lol...

I wish someone would have told me about stripper web when I started!! I did not find it until years later. This place is full of useful info

If I was asked to train a newbie i would....not the whole shift....unless they drop tip out or house fee!

I would break it down like this:
    Club Rules
    House Fee
    Tip Out
    Schedules
    Rotation
    Music
    Lap Dance
    Air Dance
    Custie does NOT Touch

The rest can be found on stripper web....look up the following:
Career as a dancer, short term, long term
Resume after dancing (fill the time gap on resume with something other than stripper)
    Pay Taxes
    Finance (save money)
    Body Biz
    Hustle (learn what this means)
And any other issue/question for a newbie can be found in the threads history!!

This info would give any newbie a huge jumpstart and could be discussed in about an hour!!!

Aw, my first night I was almost a disaster. to make it worst, I got there early thinking other girls would be there and I was the only girl for an hour. noone to watch and learn off of! It does suck that you didnt make any $$$ because of her, though.
