I have a love hate relationship with workout pain heh. On the plus side, once you start doing it again your muscles will loosen up and feel better (at least until tomorrow)![]()

stretch, stretch, stretch. I am also a big fan of laying tiger balm red with dit da jow liniment. Dit da jow can be difficult to find. Check in asian markets or you can find it on line.

oops just reread and caught my misspelling..I meant layering. Dit da Jow is very liquid so I would rub that in and then rub the tiger balm over it to kind of seal it in. Tiger balm helps increase the circulation and I think it also helps your body absorb the dit da jow better. (get the tiger balm ointment that comes in a tin...not the liquid kind)
ok, I didnt make it to morning class... Im just too sore.. Im going to stretch and chill out then go to the evening class... Ill look for that stuff online. Have no idea where id find it in this little town
