Hello All~
Does anyone know anything about trim care http://trimcare.com/ in Las Vegas?
I teach yoga, pole and aerobics eat around 1400 calories a day, drink 8 gl of water a day, take my flaxseed oil, fiber, calcium, b12, multivitamins, high protein & lo carb. I do cardio 5 days a week.
However I have been stuck at the same weight for months!
I lose 2 then I gain it back. Over & over again.
Any ideas?

BTW I am 5'4 and weigh between 121-124, I am trying to get in the teens before I go back to stripping here in Vegas - I have been "retired" for a few.
