yeah, i'm kind of weird. I've had that tarantula for about 10 years now. The person who took the picture put the dollar in the tank as a size reference. Right after the picture was taken she (the spider) attacked the dollar and covered it in webs.

Dexter (Catahoula Leopard/Mix) I just adopted him from the shelter a month ago. He's 3.














More than anyone but I will ever know. I would not go out and get a cat; he showed up on my deck with no collar at about 6 months of age. He seemed like an OK cat so I feed him and let him stay.
I saw him hide behind the couch and bring down my youngest by the diaper like a lion bringing down a water buffalo. He did not eat him though; he ran away and laughed. Good thing as my youngest is now 6’ 2” and protecting our shores serving in the Coast Guard.
He was an outdoor cat; he patrolled his territory nightly and keep the dumpster cats away. I did not realize this until after his death at the age of 18 when the dumpster cats began living under my porch.
