    a lot of the girls talk about water pills. is that what theyre actually called? is there a good brand? where do i get them?

    Caution: if you take them drink like a gallon of water. They can make you constipated. I used to use Diurex brand. They are also great for women who gain alot of water weight around their periods. Reduces that heavy water bloated look.

    ^^ Yes, absolutely drink as much water as you can. I also like Diurex, though I've found that herbal diuretics (like Uva Ursi) also work really well. The problem is that all of these things work in the very short term, but if you take them regularly they stop working at all. But if you're just using them for a current bloatation device situation, they should help.

    I just wanted them for around period time - i get super bloated... and Id only use them if i was going to be working around that time... just hate feeling fat - its all in the belly... annoying...

    Yep, they're perfect for the dreaded tummy bloat. The "invisible baby", as I sometimes lovingly call it.

    Someone on the reviews on Walgreens website said they have caffeine in them and they made her hyper... anyone else have effects like this? And BLUE urine. REALLY???

    Mine was green. hehe But no caffeine effect for me.

    I re-read it and saw the dose has as much caffeine as one cup of coffee.... I can drink tons of coffee and it has no effect so I highly doubt these will either.

    Google diuretics. But that may not be spelled right. Like I know Midol has caffiene in it to work as a diuretic, but it's not the same as the pills specifically designed to take off water weight. But everyone's right, drink lots of H2O with 'em cuz you'll get massive dehydrated.

    my friend used these and she said she took them to lose a pound or two when working, but i didn't notice any change.
