So I am helping to throw my sister a baby shower. Does anybody know of any fun games that aren't too cheesy? Thanks!

yeah. people hold a paper plate on their head. while holding it the try to draw a pic of a baby, but they cant look at it and its timed for how long u like. who ever with the best pic wins
then there is the game where every body starts out wearing one safety pin. if they cross their legs or feet in any way at all and are seen, the person who saw it gets their pin. person with the most pins at the end of the shower wins
We do the clothes pin game but anytime someone says the word baby you take the clothes pin. Another game have the mother stand in the middle of everyone and pass around a roll of tissue paper. Everyone is to guess how much it would take to wrap around the mothers belly and then rip that many sheets off. the person to the closet amount wins. Get several baby items and put them on a tray. Keep the tray covered until you are ready to play the game. Uncover the tray for 30-60 seconds and then cover it back up. then have everyone write down the different items on the tray that they can remember.
Buy an assortment of chocolate candy bars (reeses peanut butter cups, snickers, milky way, rocky road, payday, etc) and some diapers. Melt the candy bars (separately) and place the contents in the diapers. The guests have to guess what kind of candy bar is in each diaper...they can taste, or smell if they want to!! Make sure to have paper and pens available and make sure to number the diapers and keep a list so you know what is in each diaper.
I hate baby shower games, but this one is one of the funnier ones.

I went to one for a co-worker today. Thankfully, there weren't any (games).
"He will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldrini, the traveler came as a large and moving Torg! Then, during the third reconciliation of the last of the McKetrick supplicants, they chose a new form for him: that of a giant Slor! Many Shuvs and Zuuls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Slor that day, I can tell you!"
No.
They are, by definition, cheesy. But they can also be fun. So embrace the cheese!
That said, I find enormous appeal in Glamazon's suggestion. I will TOTALLY be the one photographed tasting all the diapers. <----- I dare someone to sig quote me on that.
Another thing to do - not really a game, but more of an activity, is to make a bouquet of paper flowers for the mama out of all the wrapping paper and bows and ribbons on the gift (I like it since it makes me feel less wasteful). Some of them end up very creative & pretty!
"Before I conceived you, I wanted you. Before you were born, I loved you. Before you were here an hour, I would die for you. This is the miracle of life." -- Maureen Hawkins
"I just can't get over how much babies cry. I really had no idea what I was getting into. To tell you the truth, I thought it would be more like getting a cat." -- Anne Lamott

Thank you guys, these sound like great ideas!
At my wedding shower, all the guests had to come up with a haiku or a limerick about marriage or us. We got some hilarious entries but my family and friends are wacky. Depending on the people invited, this could be a lot of fun (or a lot of crickets).
