Default Febreze commercial and Lush - funny story

So you know the Febreze commercials where they spray it and can't stop sniffing what they sprayed? Like the woman who sparays her car, and then goes in reverse circles sniffing the seat?

Anyway. I was in the bathtub, enjoying my Lush. I was laying on my stomache, nose close to the water, sniffin my Lush. yeah, it smells that good.

I needed my face wsh from the shower, and yelled for my boyfriend to bring it to me. He walked in and saw me sniffing my bath water and said, Ya know you look rediculous.

I was like what? why? I am taking a fucking $50 bath. I will get the maximum amount of pleasure out of this bath because in 10 minutes, it will be gone, and $50 will go down the drain, literally.
I use all my senses to enjoy my bath. It feels good, the water looks pretty, and it smells good.

Yes..I am a strange girl. I sniff bathwater.

^ haha.. $50 is an exaggeration! unless shes using a LOT of stuff i'd say more like $15 a bath.. half a bubble bar, a bomb, and maybe a melt.

um no, have you seen lush's price hike? depending on how many items she used (including the shower gels if so) then her bath could be $50. you people forget about massage bars!

i have a similar story. the 3 yr old my bf and i nanny was taking a bath, and i pinched her a bit of my beloved bling crosby bubble bar (my xmas favorite) and my bf was in the living room and he was like fuck what is that smell? its soooooo good!

lush bling crosby bubble bar! he better not forget my fresh batch from vancouver when he visits for xmas!

    look @ lush.com

some bubble bars & bombs are nearing the $10 mark. soaps, too.

if you buy from the site you can't choose what size soap you get, so of course you have to pay $8 for a chunk of rockstar (my fave) and then, on top, pay $8 shipping! yuk!

i know how much they cost. but the bubble bars that are bigger and more expensive you dont need the whole thing. that was my thinking in saying i dont think its really 50.

i dunno, my last trip i got a ton & it was like 160 for everything. and that wasnt only 3 baths worth! it was the last day of the naked promo, so i got like 6 things free. but even so..

^ however, kaylinn may "cocktail" her baths. (more than one item to make the bath utter bliss!)

i admit i will use a whole bubble bar/bath bomb in one bath if i have a good lush stash. especially when i am living in vancouver, lush is just a 20 minute walk away! nothing beats fresh lush. i'm actually missing it... and vancouver... wah. i hate small towns.

I tend to over do it and use a bunch of stuff at once, and my lush just got here yesterday, and I was really excited, and I used a little of everything.....
2 bombs, a few different melts, a floating island, I think it's an oil bar?
plus the buffy, the body soap and the face soap....yeah....I wasn't exaggerating...Lush is expensive..your not supposed to use so much at once, but I was excited....I wanted to try everything....

I love the bubble mars, and the bath melts. I'm not a big fan of the bombs.

The Comforter is my absolute favorite. I ordered 2 of thoes, and already used a whole one.

I got Alkkamar( I think that's what it's called) soap...I love that stuff. I can shave with it, and it's the only thing I have ever used that didn't give me razor burn. It's better tha shave gel

Kaylinn, you're such a junkie! I can just picture you sniffing your bath water, lol.

Rockstar & HIWTK are really good to shave with too Oh, and Dream Cream is the perfect follow up to shaved legs.

And yeah, I sniff my Lush too. I have some bits of soap in my undie drawer too!

ETA: If I cocktail, I only use 1/2 (or less sometimes) of each bath product. But when you include the soaps, Buffy, face wash, it can get more expensive. It is going to be $50 if you use Lush from head to toe, but it's not like all of those products will be entirely gone. Only the bath stuff goes down the drain You still have leftover soaps, buffy, shower gel, etc. Just wanted to clarify that for anyone who was scared off of their baths being $50 I'd hate for someone to be scared by that and not try it! For those of you haven't gotten your ass to Lush yet, you really are missing out.

Wow. I used one bomb, half a bubble bar, a slice of elixir (nude, whatever) and massage bars and everything and I think my baths only amount to like $15 tops. Of course, I'm not counting the price of each thing. Just what I used.

Also: looking at an apartment with a corner spa tub tomorrow!! Pray i get it!

I refuse to live in a house with no bathtub. Actually...it has to be a garden tub. The big, round ones. I can't live without it.

Yeah...they aren't usually that expensive. Last time I bought $100 worth of Lush, and hat was when LR brought it to me during SWFest, whch was begining of sept right? That $100 haul of Lush lasted me until the last week of Sept. and I took baths every day almost. The large Buffy bar used daily lasted until 2 days ago and I used the last sliver.

Normally, I will use 2 or 3 different stuff in my tub, but only half of each thing. I was brakign bombs ni half, but they didn't do anythign exciting for me, so I threw in a whole one, and still nothing exciting, so then I tried using 2 whole bombs. They just don't do anythign for me. I like melts and bubble bars much better.

Since I had been without for so long, I got over excited and wasted a shit load of my stuff. My bathroom still smells good tho.....

Yay, I am going up to Beechwood mall today and I'm going to Lush to my heart's content. I might even get that Karma perfume. Karma is my absolute favorite.
