I think I'm fired now.
I was working swing shift (6pm-2am) and had already paid the $45 tipout, but had only sold 2 of the 8 drinks. I hadn't made any money by 2am, so I figured I'd pay out half the owed drinks ($18 ) and pay the other 1/2 the next day. I gave the owner $20, and asked for $2 back to pay the toll going home, but the owner insisted that he keep the $2 AND I stay and work until 4. Not happening. So after arguing for a little while, I just took the $2 and left.
Well as I'm getting into my car, he starts laughing obnoxiously and proclaims to the bouncers "It's a sad day when people get desperate over $2!" So I get out of my car and walk over to him like, "Did you just call me desperate?!?" He says no, and claims he was talking about himself, so I said that I wanted to hear him say, "I just called myself desperate for $2," and he said it. I think he knew I was gonna knock his head off if he didn't, but I was still so angry. So I get in my car and I'm pulling out of the parking lot, but then I threw my car into reverse and slammed on the gas. They (the club owner and 3 bouncers) were lined up on a wall about 20 feet directly behind me, and in my rear view mirror, I could see them scattering just before I hit them, and they're all screaming. It was like a movieI slammed on the brakes just in time to not smash into the wall (I was about an inch away).
Then I flipped off the club owner and drove away. Unfortunately, I ran a red light and got pulled over, so the owner comes running up to the police telling them what I had just done. They were laughing their asses off, but gave me a summons for reckless driving. Non-point violation and though I think I'm out of my mind, it was totally worth it. The End.

You should just go back to work and pretend like nothing ever happened.
