    Default Hair like this?

It looks pretty simple, but kinda ambitious. Does anyone know how I could get my hair like this? Like, I wouldn't even know what to tell a hair dresser, or if she could copy it from a picture.

I have bangs, my hair is a few inches past my shoulders, but I want that shape and the way it falls, and whatever's going on with her bangs up there. And the little wings above the ears.

    80's bangs are coming back?

I think it'd be easy to get a stylist to do this for you. It's an oldschool style so you can always go to someone who once lived in the 80's or did hair in the 80's.

    UGH, I LOVE BARDOT!!!!!

a ysl line a couple season back was completely inspired by her look. they modernized it a bit, though, by keeping the bangs wispy. look up the f/w 2006 looks from ysl. I'm pretty sure it was that season.

I love big 60s hair, but I figured this would be a little easier to maintain day to day, I think those pictures are probably from the mid-late fifties.

I currently have hair like the 1967 picture of Patti Boyd in my avatar, but it's a little too straight and dull for me now.

Take pictures to the salon! Take pictures and discuss it in detail with your stylist. From what my stylist has told me, it's better to show what you mean with a picture than to describe something that could be interpreted way different... ya know?

Why does the hair look 80s to me.

I guess it cold have an 80s feel (the hair and shirt?), but the pic is of Brigitte Bardot early in her career.

I LOVE hair like this, but even if I could figure out how to style it, I'd never put up with it every day:

yea - in the top pics - you just curl them back - keep the iron at least 1/2 inch from base... or else youll end up with a hard line. your bangs may not be long enough tho...

use a 1" or 1.25" iron - or whatever size you want that front curl thing to be....

I'd let your hair air dry after washing it to help with the more wavy look in the back or put a lose braid in the back while your hair is wet and let it air dry that way. In the front you could throw in a couple of hot rollers while putting your make-up on.

I don't know how to do a braid or use hot rollers. And yeah, that waist is tiny!!
