Default Send A Soldier A Card

Don't know if this has been posted yet; if so, mods feel free to delete. I got this from someone at work and I thought it was a nice idea.

If you go to this web site, youcan pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and itwill be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq. You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to somemember of the armed services.

How AMAZING it would be if we could get everyone we know to
send one!!!This is a great site.

Please send a card. It is FREE and it only takes a second.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the soldiers received a bunch of
these? Whether you are for or against the war, our guys and
gals over there need to know we are behind them ...

Guys and gals, this would be a wonderful thing with the holidays coming up. I know I can count on SW family to make some lonely, homesick soldier know how much we care. Thanks in advance!

Got it ! This war has been going on for too long. Can you believe it's been 6 years and while I don't support the war I support our troops. I'll get a few cards out.

I had no idea this existed. I sent a card and plan to send more. I will also put a bulletin on Myspace to spread the word.

Sent out 3 cards so far..It's cool that there are pretyped messages and all you have to do is select a card and a message..No excuses.

I agree with you Farrah. That's why I sent one out as well. I also posted a myspace bulletin.

I'm going to send out a few more before I crawl into bed and watch I love NY 2.. They're going through way worse than I am right now and really need our support.

    I'll do one.

If anyone wants to help out our allied soldiers in their war, too, here's one of my favorite charities: . Based in Israel, they use local businesses (supporting the economy) to deliver pizza, ice cream, and other treats to on-duty IDF soldiers. All the treats are kosher and securely delivered, and this really makes a difference to these kids who put their lives on the line every day.

Funny, I just started a thread asking how I can send a package to a soldier.
I'll check out the link you provided.

Edited to add: That's too cool and they accept PP too !
