Sorry - didn't mean to hijack this...
A few years ago, I used to play field hockey for 3 teams each weekend, workout like crazy 4 times a week and do kung fu in my 'spare' time. Back then, I used to get through 5-6000 calories each day. All I seemed to do was eat, sleep, work and train.
But when the exercise slows, it is hard to slow the eating too. I ought to add, I really am not a small guy. I probably weight double many of you on this forum. And that isn't 'cos I'm fat - but that is what weight training does to you.


My first thought was "life-size Barbie".

see -this- is why i dislike when people accuse all thin/skinny girls of being drug addicts or having eating disorders.
you can CLEARLY tell when something is "wrong". those pictures look sad. she looks sick/unhealthy. she looks unstable physically. that right there is the difference.
girls who are naturally thin and still eat well don't look sickly or "sunken"... like their skin is just clinging on their body with no fat to pad it. naturally thin girls still have fat, they just usually have less of it or they have very small bone structures (like myself) so it makes them seem thinner.
ps. i love her eye make-up, but WTF is with those clothes? uuhg.

Aaaa!! That's about how many I ate when I weighed like 86 lbs!!!!! (I think I ate like 400 but I was, as always, also drinking a bunch of booze) (I had an eating disorder for two years. It showed up as quickly as it disappeared.)
Damn girl!
Now I eat probably 1500-2000 and I drink ummm, sort of a lot of booze, so maybe 2200 cals a day!

Yeesh! Seriously Cam, 700/day is less than what Heidi Klum eats. That's at starvation levels, fyi. You might see better results by kicking that number up to about 1,300-1,500.
^^ Yeah. I'm just not a big eater. Today I have had 1 cup of coffee and picked at a chicken wrap and fries...eating about 1/4 of it. I'll nosh a bit, then have somethign small for dinner..maybe a piece of cheese at bedtime. Thats pretty typical of my diet. And thats on a day off..I eat a LOT less of days I work.
It really isnt a diet..its just how I eat. Some days I pig out and eat more, but normally I am not a big eater.
My dr has said that with waht I eat and my activity level I should be a stick figure...but I am VERY much not. Sucks. I have the body of someone who enjoys fettucini alfredo and cheese fries every day...without actually getting to eat like that!LOL!
