I have to do a lot of vigorous massage on myself.
First thing in the morning, before you get out of bed, you rub your chest, breasts and clavicle areas extremely vigorously...do this for about 3-5 minutes. Then, you get into the shower (as warm as you can stand it) and scrub your body (lightly). When you get out, you take your towel and vigorously dry off your back for several minutes (unless you have someone who can do that for you). 3 times a day, you lay with your feet elevated above your heart for 30 minutes. You take a vibrating massager and massage your hip areas, your lower abdominal area, and the tops, sides, and backs of your thighs. Do this for around 10-15 minutes every night. Get a foot roller and massage your feet for around 5 minutes (per foot) each night. A "spike" ball for massage on the hands (palms, backs) is needed as well. I also massage the webs of my fingers and toes every night. Those are points for the lymph system. It may hurt a bit at first, but as your system gets moving again, you'll notice that it hurts less and less until you don't even notice it anymore. Get a wedge pillow and sleep with your feet up.
This has done amazing things for my body. I literally dropped about 10 pounds (in water retention, etc) after doing this. My energy came back and I feel good.
Hope that helps!!
