I'm having a tough time staying hydrated. It started mildly but, it's gotten worse. I'm getting headaches and I even woke up with a leg cramp last night..I'm drinking water but, it's not helping to actually rehydrate me. I don't drink sports drinks either, it's too hard for my body to process the sugars used to make them. I'm eating watermelon and will be drinking a 32 oz cup of h2o with 4 packets of emergen c. I did the same thing yesterday but, no real difference. I think including a drink with my dinner 3 different times has caused this or at least worsened the problem.

It's funny, I don't think I have ever heard a girl call her own urine piss before. Sorry, not trying to threadjack, was just funny to me.
