I always get clear. But I've never even seen surgical. That's a little scary sounding.

I'm thinking the surgical would be for heavy-duty stage or photography use; maybe for body jewels, pasties, things like that?

hey, y'all, so some amazing person on here (I forget who) tipped me off to eeyelash.com in an earlier thread about lashes I'd made. they have the 3 diff. kinds of DUO on there.

also, I've def. seen MUAs use it.

so those of you that use DUO- I really only wear fakes to clubs and stuff and leave it to me to really DANCE when I go out. I tend to get REALLY SWEATY- so my question is- does it hold up to a LOT of hair whipping, turns, sweat, and just I mean utter chaos on the dancefloor?

in college we would apply our own lashes and I used some weird glue back, in ballet we applied our own and I used body glue (though I'd go over it ith THICK liquid eyeliner,) and in cheerleading we get our make up done for us (I tend to zone out during this process,) so I'm CLUELESS about glue now.

Surgical is for stage performers - like Cirque or Broadway, anything that would require something super heavy duty and they don't have time for touch ups. I think the regular DUO is pretty damn strong and long lasting on its own. I don't think you need the surgical really unless you just really want to try it. I imagine it to hurt more coming off, but you could always use baby oil.

When i was doing my special fx course i had the surgical DUO in my kit, its okay but like someone else said its more for jewels and other stuff i find it quite messy using it for lashes.
