hehe sure you could. you know- lying on your back.![]()
those are really not meant for walking, dancing, etc. they are more for photoshoots, sex, etc. if your stage show involves little to no movement, perhaps... but...![]()
Thats what I figured .....I just love them and I have such a great idea for a show ....I would just use regular point shoes BUT ya know I want more sexy vibe than ballerina thing . Hmmmm they are a little to pricy to say I will just it and see . Thanks so much for posting though because I really wanted to know , even it was not what I was hoping to hear I guess I knew anyways![]()
They're hard to get used to and will KILL your back the first few times. For extended wear, walking, dancing, etc, get a piece of foam (think eggcrate) and stuff it down in the toe to make it more comfy.
Those could really damage your feet. They don't have any support in them at all unlike regular pointe shoes. If your idea is with pointe shoes why don't you just get a pair and use a colored permanent marker to color them? (I had to do it with red once when I danced, it works pretty good). As far as I know, the fetish shoes have no kind of box or anything for your toes.

Yeah if you want to move around it would be a lot better to just color up some regular pointe shoes. I've painted them (careful though, paint softens them a bit) and others color with markers or you can get them dyed pretty easily. Throw in a sexy outfit and I think it could totally work. I used to dance en pointe and those fetish shoes look extremely uncomfortable in comparison.
Here's a good video if you're thinking of combining ballet with pole

I guess you could do travelling floor work and pole tricks.
The color of the shoe is not an issue and I am pretty sure that I have seen ballet shoes in all colors . Its more about looking fetish to me than with a ballet shoe I would look more ballet-esque which is not at all what I would want . Hey thats why I asked though right ? As for ruining my back I would only be in them for 10+ mins maybe once or twice a week MAX so along they were as comfy as any other stiletto I would be ok with them . Thanks for all the input though , now I am ever more confused![]()

Try ordering some and just make sure they have a return policy you're happy with.
You'll never really know until you try a pair on.
Hey if you end up buying them, let us know how they feel. I'm curious. I wouldn't mind having a pair just for the hell of it![]()

those shoes turn me on. no lie.
if they were easily danced in, i would buy some, now.
Yes, you can dance and walk in them. And yes, they are the fetish shoes I'm talking about. Ballet boots as opposed to ballet shoes would be easier for a beginner. I'm a lifestyle slave and I'm more than passingly acquainted with these.
They WILL hurt your back. DO plan on a chiropracter/massage if you work in them - that said, though, very hot.
Not a good idea to try dancing in these - especially if you have no experience of them or ballet before, and especially the shoes as opposed to boots.
Start off slow, work your way up if possible, theyre not designed for dancing (-:

Obviously, as with normal heels, you don't just strap on a pair for the first time and go work a shift. You do need practice - lots of it.

I read in an interview or something Beyonce saying that when she wore them in parts of her video for Green Light she had blisters and leg spasms for days afterwards.

Here they are listed for $65 cheap...
I might get a pair just for my hubby's viewing
i would NEVER attempt to dance in those

I wore a pair during a fetish scene and I wanted to kill myself 3 minutes into it. If you're willing to practice for a looooooooong time before you dance in them, I guess you could try. I refuse to ever put those damn things back on my poor little feet.

I would not suggest trying to do stage shows in them. Even if you finally do get good enough to walk in them (and that will take a long time), your range of motion, your gait, and your posture will not be conducive to a good stage show.

Those shoes are hot but I doubt they'd be good for dancing. Heck, even real pointe shoes have a flat nose for balance. I find that the fetish ballet boots/shoes have a rounded tip, making balancing much more difficult. Yeah, they're pretty but they just won't work IMO.

As i said in the previous thread:
DO NOT WEAR THESE UNLEWSS YOU ARE TRAINED EN POINTE!!!!!!!
YOU WILL VERY LIKELY BADLY HURT YOURSELF (BROKEN TOES/ANKLES ARE SUPER LIKELY)
AT THE VERY LEAST YOU WILL BE OUT OF WORK FOR 1-2 WEEKS TO HEAL FROM YOUR BLOODY AND VERY SORE TOES.
They are not going to be as comfortable as any other stilletto. You will also stand a very real chance of breaking your ankle or toes by even attempting pointe without proper training. Please speak with someone trained en pointe before trying these crazy shoes. Also, wrapping your toes (and possibly ankles will help somewhat with support if you are really determined to try these out.

From my experience a lot of guys don't find this type of shoe sexy. Sure, the fetishists will chime in that they are the best thing since sliced bread. I would have to agree, they are very, very sexy. However, if I'm thinking about an Average Joe at the nudie bar, I doubt they'd "get it" let alone make it worth ($$$) all of your efforts in learning to balance... walk... and then dance in these shoes.
