I definately would sign..I'm a big support of legal cannibis. Thankfully in live in a state that offers medicinal cannibis to those who need it. I've learned that Hawaii also has legal medicinal cannibis although I haven't come across a dispensary, YET !![]()

It's just so fucked up that the federal government completely disregards those states' laws. Morons. I am not a pot smoker but by god, it should be legal and readily available because people are far more pleasant stoned than drunk, I would fucking love to strip in a club where everyone was a little high.

^^Come to Canada, mademoiselle. Although I think the dancers are more stoned than the customers, but it goes both ways. Though I don't really like it myself, I do think it makes inter-colleague relations beaucoup beaucoup more relaxed.
Actually after about 10 years of progressively more tolerant attitudes towards "the pot" the federal government has announced that the pot party is over. I'm not sure who they are trying to appeal to on that one.

I guess it is still technically illegal, but when I called the cops on my neighbours (we're trying everything we can to break the lease...I figured since they advertised a drug-free building, I will annoying summon the cops to the premises until they let us leave) they didn't even show up. They said "what, so you smell pot? How do you know it's pot?", and then said they'd send someone over. But no one came. They don't seem to care about the girls at work doing it either.
Well possession in small amounts is subject only to a summary conviction. I wouldn't get off my ass for that either.

Hold up....the agency actually advertised it as a drug-free building? Fuck, I wish I could do that here. I only recently built enough of a case against a problem cokehead tenant to evict him.
I'm not really a big smoker (so it doesn't really affect me either way), but we all know that the only reason weed isn't legal is because of politics. IMO, alcohol is a far worse substance but its still on the store shelves because the government makes money from it. They can't control weed, hence them not making a profit from it....which is why its illegal.
So people can continue to die of alcohol poisoning from a legal substance but they're not allowed to smoke something that they can't overdose on? Friggin' politics, I swear. It all comes down to the dollar. They can't be worried about minors getting their hands on it because there's 100 teenagers getting their stomachs pumped every weekend from booze overconsumption.
