I've been eating healthy again and I've lost weigh (dunno how much because I don't own a scale anymore.) But I know my stomach is slimmer. I want to loose the rest of my stomach and love handles so I know if I continue in this pattern I will. I just need more suggestions on foods to eat.
Currently I eat the same thing almost every day.
Breakfast:
3 scrambled eggs with skim milk
snack sugar free jello
lunch can of tuna fish with low fat mayo
snack carrots with a little bit of dip or green peppers with dip
dinner grilled or baked chicken breast with steamed broccoli, green beans, or zuchini
snack raspberries with lite cool whip
now this is great but I need a little more variety! Help me please!!
