    Default need more ideas of foods to eat

    I've been eating healthy again and I've lost weigh (dunno how much because I don't own a scale anymore.) But I know my stomach is slimmer. I want to loose the rest of my stomach and love handles so I know if I continue in this pattern I will. I just need more suggestions on foods to eat.

    Currently I eat the same thing almost every day.

    Breakfast:
    3 scrambled eggs with skim milk

    snack sugar free jello

    lunch can of tuna fish with low fat mayo

    snack carrots with a little bit of dip or green peppers with dip

    dinner grilled or baked chicken breast with steamed broccoli, green beans, or zuchini

    snack raspberries with lite cool whip

    now this is great but I need a little more variety! Help me please!!

    tilapia filets with 100% lime juice. yum.

    why not get some fruits? apples, bananas, oranges... etc.

    brown rice is a favorite of mine!

    popcorn! don't salt it!

    and also, the new lunchable juniors are good for you and yummy snacks!

    cottage cheese (lowfat)
    lowfat yogurt
    oatmeal (theres is a yummy organic cranberry kind-dont remember the brand though)
    special k
    steamed cauliflour with pepper (yumm)
    turkey burger (without the bun)
    grilled halibut or salmon
    grilled chicken on a fat free caesar salad

    Apples and oranges. Apples have a lot of water & fiber so they are very filling and the vitamin C in oranges suppresses your appetite and raises your metabolism.

    Also peas and lugumes.

    Are Vitamin C supplements also appetite suppressants?

    Gourmet cheeses in small portions.

    low fat cheese string cheese (3g of fat each)

    boca burgers

    fresh fruit and veggies!

    broccoli
    anything green really
    try different types of fish (if you cook)

    hope those 3 scrammbled eggs are mostly the whites....

    vita weats
    turkey
    fruitsalad and yoghurt
    corn crisp cakes with almond spread
    vegetable or pumpkin soups
    corn in the single serve cans
    dried fruit in moderation

    individual lowfat yogurts put in the freezer come out as delicious frosty low cal. treats. I'm eating one right now!

    sounds really good....ugh I'm drunk and I want to eat that right now but I was stuck with tuna fish.

    For snacks for myself I like very firm tomatoe slices with a bit of salt (not as good if you use mushy tomatoes)

    I also really really love cucumber slices with a bit of Mrs dash tomatoe/basil/ garlic seasoning and a touch of pepper and season all. Surprisingly filling, and keeps me from eating all the cookie dough I have in the fridge!
