Default creeped out by a custie

So last night I finally worked a shift and danced. It's been years.

There was one custie in particular who I was chatting with for most of the night because he was tipping me well (everytime I went on stage), buying me drinks and he was actually fun to talk to. He kept telling me how attracted he was to me. He then asked if I had a boyfriend. I said "no" and used the "single mom line." I said that I had no time for relationships, etc. Next thing you know it, he started talking about how he would love to take out and just "hang out." I used a cutesy giggle and said "maybe, after I get to know you some more. However, you can always come back and visit me at the club tomorrow *giggle*!"

As time went on, he kept pushing to see me outside the club - and I kept giving excuses. He replied by saying "Man, I know you're blowing me off. I know how you strippers are, etc." He made all kinds of comments, even something about someone at your house with a baseball bat - WTF. I didn't quite understand what he was saying because he was slurring. By this time, he was already pissy and I was getting annoyed and weirded out that he was acting this way.

I did another stage set. This time around, the pissed off custie wasn't tipping me. He was watching me dance though, and he made it a point to let me know that he was angry. I kept trying to smile at him, but I got no smile back in return. Anyway, another custie sits at the tip rail and throws some money on the stage. Pissed off custie comes over too and drops some money, while giving me the evil eye. Then, he waved goodbye and left.

An hour later, I was walked out to my car by security. Security blurts out "what the hell is (enter custie's name here) doing??" Turns out that pissed off custie was still in the parking lot, in his car, doing god knows what. I let security know of my concerns, and he said that he would make sure that the custie didn't drive off the lot the same time as I did.

Now I'm not sure what to do. I have another shift tonight, but I'm hesitating on going. Other than the incident last night, I would still like to work there, but he really freaked me out. How do I know he's not waiting in another parking lot nearby, after I get off work?

I am going to buy some pepper spray today. I already have the local police department tel # on my phone. Not sure what else to do. I would hate to not be able to work at this club because of one custie who doesn't know the difference between fantasy and real life.

I'm not sure how to approach this. My palms get sweaty thinking about last night.

Oh wow, that is a scary situation. The pepper spray is a good idea, make sure it is out and ready when you leave the club.

^^I was sitting there for less than a minute after. I was next up on stage. Trust me, I was anxious to get away from him... but without pissing him off even more. I knew I was next up on stage, so I figured I would just do my two songs, then stay in the DR the rest of the night.

That's scary. Find out where a couple of police stations are. If he tries to follow you home from work, drive to the police station and tell them what's going on. Make sure he doesn't follow you when you leave the station; if he does, go back.

It's too late for this now, but i think security should have made sure he left before letting you get in your car or drive off. Even if he wasn't following you that night, now he knows what car you were driving and he could follow up another night.

That's a fucking brillant idea! Simple and very effective. I'm going to find where all my local police stations are in the event i'm in an unsafe situation.

Then why chase after them loser. No matter which car left first, hers or his, if he was dedicated enough he could have found out a way to follow her. He sounds so out of it though, hopefully he won't be sharp enough to make any plan.

Also start going a different way to and from work everyday !!! Even if its just one little turn here and there . Something to throw him off . I am so sorry for this honey !! Please be so safe . Make sure you don't have a routine that he could learn . Maybe its nothing though !!!! Alot of guys get pissy and nothing ever comes of it .

I've had this happen to me before....all are good concerns...but he might have just been a drunken idiot....

He might have forgotten about the whole thing by tomorrow....

Hell, a guy at a NORMAL bar called me and my g/f dykes after us not letting him buy us a drink, because he said "you ugly bitches look like you need a drink"....hmmm, wonder why we didn't want to talk him....so on and so forth....insisted on starting crap....yadda yadda....

never the less, he won't remember tomorrow, but i did walk to my car that night with people....

A big thanks to those of you who gave helpful information. I do appreciate it.

I went to work the following night and luckily there was no sign of the creepo. He's a regular at the club, but just as hippiegirl stated, I'm hoping he was just a drunken idiot that night.

the creep at the bar is one i've never seen....so, it wasn't hard for me to pick him as stupid, drunk, and a long way from home.....
