Default Their clothes bleeding on yours

I wore a white dress & white thong last night and did an hour for a guy wearing a red shirt. I got home & went to toss my outfit in the sink with some woolite (as I always do) and my fucking thong is stained pink from his shirt!!! What the crap. I've had it soaking in Woolite for 7 hours and I tried rubbing all the pinkish areas with soap on a toothbrush. Not working.

I called my mom & she says it's probably a lost cause. I could try bleach, but if the toothbrush thing didn't work, I shouldn't get my hopes up.

Thing is, it's not just any thong. It's a Y-back with thicker straps (it's twice as wide on the sides & crotch as a regular y-back). I can't find them anywhere! I've looked online & I tried calling the place I originally got it from. No luck so far.

He was a nice guy, but Jeez! You can spend $400 on a dance but can't buy a quality shirt?

Anyone know the thongs I'm talking about & where to get a replacement?

Try bleaching it. Bleach yanks out color, while Woolite is designed to keep color in. If it's white you want, bleach is your best bet.

I think try the bleach too, try it in the washer with bleach before soaking (soaking too long can turn int yellow and ruin the fabric).. I have gotten pink stains out white before (it was usually from a red outfit that was still damp and got mixed in a bag.) All has come out for me pretty well. hope it works for you!
Please don't lick me, it tickles..

yea and only use cold water so the stain does not set. just in case you did not know that...
that trick by the way is VERY good with blood,if you get to it as soon as you can.

RIT also makes a dye remover--might be worth a shot.

Dont know what they have in the states but there are a few products that will get colours out of whites in this sort of situation (from the queen of turning laundry pink).

good luck! and if all else fails, can you dye it a darker colour to save it?

Also could try Oxi-clean (my household detergent best friend). You can pick it up at Walmart or your local grocery store. Pretty much the same procedure as with your Woolite.

If all else fails though, maybe you could do the same RIT thing and just dye it pink or red or etc.... But make sure to rinse through several times (and if I remember correctly, use salt too to make it set), so you don't smear like this dude.
