    Default old wrinkly looking hands

Does anyone know of any miracle cream or treatment that can help ? My hands look like they belong on a 50 year old woman.

A few fraxel laser treatments can make them look fresh again. An example

The IPL laser treatment (Intense Pulsed Light) is supposed to remove sunspots on hands. Wrinkles, I'm not sure. Use an SPF lotion on your hands starting now.

Yeh IPL or fraxel. Hands are the first to show our age because they are exposed allt he time to sunlight.

Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.

Wear sunscreen on them every time you go outside. Try bag balm during the week. It won't heal permanent damage, but it will moisturize the hell out of them and smooth over cracks and calluses. You can get it at the drugstore - it was originally meant for dairy cows' udders, but it works great on human feet and hands, too. For best results, massage it into your feet and hands and wear socks and mitts for an hour or so while it sets.

You could also go to the spa for a paraffin wax treatment. I love getting those on my feet.

A paraffin wax treatment is really nice for dry hands.

I don't know if this will really help on the same level that others will, but Palmer's Coco Butter stretch mark lotion is really nice for overnight hand/foot moisture. It's the kind to help pregnant women with their stretch marks! I slather it on, then put on gloves/socks and go to sleep. In the morning, lovely soft skin!

You can get fat injections in your hands to make them look more plump. That's usually saved as a last resort for really wrinkly hands and I highly doubt yours are that bad

alpha hydroxy acid will change your skin as a chemical exfolient not just a moisturizer. but you will need to be very diligent with sunscreen if you use it. vitamin c is also very good for sun damage but you will need a 10% (or so) concentration of a stable form of vitamin c.

I'm very fair skin and when i'm dehydrated I look 20 years older than I am. Once I start drinking water the lizard like skin goes away. Also, SPF on your hands will save you from a lot of damage down the line.

I've got the same problem. From not having a dishwasher until the last year or so and bathing 3 kids over the years my hands look like crap. I agree with everyone else that some kind of *good* moisturizer and sunblock will help any further damage. But one other thing that I have found that helps is to first use Sally Hansens foot scrub (yes for feet) and then go over it with this stuff called "pretty hands and feet". You can find it in the lotion section and it's in a small blue bottle. When you use the pretty hands and feet, your dead skin will literally roll off, so do it over a trash can or sink. Then wash your hands and use a really good moisturizer. It won't get rid of all the wrinkles but you will be able to tell a difference immediately.
