Okay, so everday I try to eat three healthy meals, and a couple healthy snacks without totally having a calorie fest, but I just can't do it! I always go over the amount that I had planned and I end up running on the damn tredmill untill I cant feel my buttcheeks anymore![]()
About how many Calories do you eat a day? What kind of healthy foods/low calorie snacks do you eat? Just curious!
