    Default stage lighting concerns

Okay, here's the thing. My club is having a pageant this week. It finishes up tonight. They're filming it for Pay Per View. Because they're filming the contest, the camera crew set up all these lights around the stage, making the stage look like, well, the brightest thing I've ever seen. It's brighter than the fluorescent lighting in an office building! The photography lights are insane! Even brighter than when the house lights are on. Now, while they're not filming the house girls, the lights stay like that the whole night. I haven't had to dance on stage yet, but I feel really self conscious about it. Like everyone will be able to see every single flaw ever. I don't want to make a big deal about it, but I don't know how to be more comfortable with this situation. Would any of you be hesitant to dance on fully-lit stage?

As long as there is music, I am dancing. Go for that fame, pretend the lights are all for you.

if it's not too late to reply.... i would suggest buy a few cans of sally hansen airbush legs in the medium or deep colours (depending on your skin naturally. it covers everything from stretchmarks to bruises to even hiding cellulite under cameras. get a friend to spray all the parts you can't reach (upper back, tricky back of thigh areas) i spray my entire body with it for photoshoots because my knees are usually quite bruised from floor work on stage and it's a blessing for boat cruises (day functions) where we are wearing very little or nothing at all im broad daylight. it will give you flawless skin and will give you an amazing colour under ANY lights. good luck with the TV appearance,

P.S- don't wear white with sally hansen on
