okay, how about Sunday December 9th or the 16th? Personally, the 16th would work better for me, but I can squeeze it in on the 9th...

I'm in! The 16th of december would probably work well for me too! I'd love to meet you ladies! I've gone to a few of the clubs and kept an eye out for some for ya (based on description and avatars I think I may have seen one or two) ....but I feel lame going up to people saying "hey, don't I know you from the internet?" I don't want to come off as some stalker-ish freak....haha.....yay for Rocky Mtn SWfest! I think it's a great idea! And I'm always up for lunch, food is my #3 love in life....behind my boy, and my family (which includes my dogs, lol).....I've never actually been to Racines....I hear great things though.....soo just keep me posted!

I am so in! I take it times and such will be worked out a little closer to the actual date? Looking forward to putting faces to the witty postings.

^^^I think this will be fun, too!

I do think we should decide on the what/where/when now since everybody is so busy... waiting until we get closer to December to figure everything out could end up in less of us being able to attend, espeically since the hoilday season=chaos for a lot of people.

I'm going to start a poll in the lounge to see which date works best for everybody... then maybe we'll figure out a time since we got some people driving in from other cities.

I think the 16th would be better for me, too, 'cos I have finals the week before that. Though, I might be leaving for breck on the 15th to o visit friends out there.

ughhhhhh, I might have to pass until the summer rocky mountain stripper fest, 'cos I'll be back in May for graduation (might even move back for a little bit)

Ava- what is uccs? I've never heard of it. I'm pretty excited to finally be done, too.

16th works good for me, too. Yay! *does the happy dance, which is very, very, disturbingly different from the sexy dance*

The 16th works as well as any time for me. I'm scheduled to work Sunday night's right now but that may change by then who knows? As long as it's during the day or afternoon it's ok.

DFB: UCCS=University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. I go there for the teacher ed. program right now.

Okay, since my poll in The Lounge didn't go over so well, here's what I'm understanding...

    For the 16th of December
    Ava J
    Kitsune
    Miss Althea
    Papillon
    and possibly DFB

are up for an afternoon of food and shopping... RC, Yogibear- still intrested?

I MIGHT be able to go, but I will be having a nose job on the 10th so I might feel and look too crappy.

Ava- that's what I thought. I wasn't sure though. why don't they just call it CU-c.s.? you know, to stick with the whole Cu motif? colorado can be very confusing with its logic sometimes, eh?

team- I'm going to leave on the 16th for Breck, so I'm out.

I am still down to go on the 16th. Maybe more people could come after Christmas? Either way works for me. I am just looking forward to meeting everyone!

Brendita, I hope you feel fabulous 'cause I'd love to meet you! Same goes for DFB and Alaska... It will be so cool to meet everone!

Okay ladies, we got lunch at Racine's on Sunday Dec 16th followed by some Cherry Creek Shopping. What time should we meet up? Would noon be too early? A late lunch may be better for those who work saturday nights or those who are driving into Denver... Thoughts?

^^Seems like most of the Saturday night workers I know are more awake and into doing things around 2:30 or 3:00 in my experience......ha...I'll probably be pretty broke(plenty of bills to pay right about now, my family and friends will be getting disappointing holiday gifts), so Cherry Creek shopping might not be in my range, but nothing wrong with a little window shopping, right? Brendita...you're an expert in makeup, so if you still look like you got punched in the face, you can always cover it! (besides, there are plenty of plastic surgery victims in Cherry Creek, nobody would even blink, come on out!) Provided that you're feeling alright of course....you'll probably be itching to get out of the house by then anyway!

Wait, do you work with me? How do you know about my makeup application?! heehee.
I really want to go! I might just go for lunch and skip shopping...there is a baby shower in the afternoon and the employee christmas party is that day also. Busy day. I am going to try and make it!

    hullo...

i am actually in colorado through to the spring. still have not gotten around to actually dancing at a club though. the passing of a dear friend as well as my sideshow touring schedule kept me from dealing with anything else. but i am looking for people to, you know, hang out with while i am here. also if people could tell me about local clubs that are good for someone who is pretty green to dancing? well that would be swell! i am thinking of starting at bustop actually, it sounds like the sort of place where i would be most comfortable.

i am loads of fun, i promise! and i can do lots of tricks with broken glass...?

It can be difficult to make a recently single man pay for sex when he knows that a quick trip to the local watering hole would secure at least one hard drunken tumble for far less cash. It is even more difficult when he is something of a dead ringer for James Bond as played by Daniel Craig and possesses the sort of awkard charm and confidence that brands a man like him as a lady killer.

16th works well for me. Noon might be a little too early, but if that's the time I will try to make. 1 or 2:00 sounds better.

Anyone care if I bring my baby along? Or should I leave her home with Daddy?

Somehow I dont see tricks with broken glass going over very well in a strip club. I can just see somebody getting hurt from glass on stage.

The glass stuff is from my circus act.
