really??? okay, tomorrow i will drink water. i'm about to sleep, so yeah, i don't really need it now...

It sounds contradictory, but if you are bloated you should drink a lot of water. Your body bloats when it is dehydrated. That is why drinking water helps.
Some light exercise may help too, just to make yourself feel better.
But yeah, I hated bloating. Sometimes I hated it more than cramps.
midol is my best friend during that time.
diuretics and lots of water, you probably are just bloated. Stay away from sodium and salty stuff.
