You could be dehydrated. When this happens to me, I drink a big glass of water and have some fruit. I almost instantly feel better. Caffeine makes me feel worse. I typically have this problem when I drink too many non-water beverages.

There are so many things that can cause extreme fatigue so it may take a while to pin point the problem. I know that a week or so before my period I get so sleepy that I can barely drive.
Several years ago, I was really tired & sleepy ALL the time so I had blood work done. It turned out that my potassium level was dangerously low. They put me on potassium supplements and I ate more foods that contained it and that fixed the problem. So, if you've tried everything else that has been mentioned I would head for the doctor's office![]()
