    newbie

    Hi everyone!!!!

I'm sweet mama stringbean and I am a newbie who is looking into dancing. I have been dancing in burlesque for about a year and a half and I absolutely love it! I know this is a bit different but I am concerned with my body. In burlesque men like different body types and I am worried that a strip club would be different. I'm a thick girl with a little belly bump but my legs and butt are massively toned. I try to keep up with ballet, jazz and modern classes because they tone me the best. Any suggestions on diet? I know my body needs massive physical activity to look its best so I am going to go out to the gym before I start seriously looking into it. Some days I like my body other days I'm like ugh I used to be skinner. It is always a constant issue to me because I used to be in a ballet company years ago with a severe eating disorder. I finally beat that and now I just love food! Any advice is good advice!

Thanks to for all the threads of advice from veterans...stellar it makes me feel a better knowing that other women are able to help one another

Well, Isolabella posted a thread a while back about her routine and diet. I found it very useful http://www.stripperweb.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=101828

    And welcome to Stripper Web!

Do cardio to lose fat all over (including that belly bump). You can't spot tone.
