Just looks like a bug or fluff on the lens of the camera to me. The camera is set to focus on objects in the distance so anything on the lense will be blurred. Also if it was moving in the distance it's apparent size would change due to perspective (things in the distance appear to be smaller because our eyes and camera lenses see a cone shape volume projected onto our 2-D retinas). That perspective change is not happening on this video suggesting it's just something on the lense itself (i.e., it is at a constant distance from the lense).
If you watch it closely, nobody actually saw it. What they are looking at is the video.
p.s. And of course if it is a bug or fluff on the lense itself, nobody would have seen anything floating around in the space in front of the camera. By the way it's easy enough to take a camera, manually focus it on the distance, and then put a bit of something on the lense and produce this same effect yourself.

All I know is when I die, I sure as fuck hope I don't end as some floating blue ball with nothing better to do than hang out at a gas station
I've witnessed too many things in my life not to believe in the paranormal.
I don't know what to think about this video, however.
I'll accept that there are things in the world that are not explainable, paranormal, etc. But as far as this video...why did the object stay right in front of the camera? It seemed more like a bug to me really.
But as for ghosts and what not, I'm sort of the opposite end of the skeptic spectrum. I wont automatically call "Ghost!" when something odd happens, but it's a possibility until it's ruled out.
^ LOL
I don't want to go into it, but there is more going on in Life than what we can see with our eyes. There is a Bigger Picture.
I showed the video to my ghostbuster pal but he's seen lots of things like that so he wasn't fazed.
Just wait until it happens to you.
Ghost of a Smurf??
^I've always wanted to ask what was under their hats....really.

Neat that will give the paranormal psychologists something to do for awhile.
