Has anyone here tried a fat loss supplement called Lipo-6? I've gained some weight quite quickly (that I suspect is hormonal, but that I'd like to try this on anyway, in case it isn't)- all my measurements have increased by an inch in under ten days (and I have not been eating more or exercising less) and I am horribly unhappy about it. I have heard that Lipo-6 is very effective, but would like to know about other people's experiences, including side-effects, as well as whether anyone knows much about its components and their all-over effect.
I would also be interested in knowing people's fat loss techniques that don't involve food manipulation or harmful substances. Exercise and supplement advice will be welcomed.
