I work out the next day generally. I just pay attention to how I feel and don't push it.

Canadian Blood Services says to avoid strenuous activity for 8 to 12 hours after. Once I donated and worked that night and I felt a bit dizzy after my stage and got tired more easily. Just listen to your body and ease back into it.
I always work out the next day.

Yeah, like what all the others said, I never wait after I donate blood to exercise. I've never even thought about it.
Make sure you consume lots of water and juice before and after you donate. I usually even exercise that night but just be aware if you feel dizzy or tired and don't push it.
